Rock At Work provides a team building/training experience where participants try something completely unique, develop personal and social skills and most importantly, have fun! R@W events transform participants from mere mortals into rock stars. It’s the perfect way for teams to connect, work together, build and develop relationships.
R@W's Band Experience introduces participants to guitars, bass, drums, vocals, keyboards and a whole lot of fun, but the main focus of the training is to engage participants in a group activity to deliver a common goal through the medium of music.
For larger groups, and those looking for a slightly longer program R@W's Anthem not only introduces participants to bass, drums, vocals, guitar and keyboards but sees groups putting together a live set, writing the lyrics to their chosen tune and performing against their colleagues in a “Battle Of The Bands” style finale.
R@W's Bespoke program is perfect for the largest groups, who want to split the activities throughout the day and encompass more musical genres including Rock, Urban, Pop and Choral singing.
"The Rock at Work setup is brilliant!
I remember when Stuart and I started a band it was the most exciting thing we'd ever experienced. I'm proud to know Chris, who toured with us around the world."
- Kelly Jones, Stereophonics
"I love R@W, what a great concept...
a fantastic introduction to all the crucial facets of making music. Respect to everyone involved."
- Beverley Knight
"We had a blast!
We started off the day thinking it would be impossible to learn how to play an entire song from start to finish within just a few hours without having any past experience with playing musical instruments. And then be expected to perform in front of an audience. How wrong we all were! Each and every one of us got into it and accomplished something that we never had imagined doing."
- Angelo Vassiliades (IHG)

"The British public think your business is great -
and so do we."
- Virgin Media
