Rock At Work provides a team building/training experience where participants try something completely unique, develop personal and social skills and most importantly, have fun! R@W events transform participants from mere mortals into rock stars. It’s the perfect way for teams to connect, work together, build and develop relationships.
R@W's Band Experience introduces participants to guitars, bass, drums, vocals, keyboards and a whole lot of fun, but the main focus of the training is to engage participants in a group activity to deliver a common goal through the medium of music.
For larger groups, R@W’s Anthem Experience not only introduces participants to bass, drums, vocals, guitar and keyboards but also DJ'ing and pop music. Also, through a guided songwriting process, together we can write and perform your very own team Anthem.
R@W's Bespoke program is perfect for the largest groups, who want to split the activities throughout the day and encompass more musical genres including Rock, Urban, Pop and Choral singing.
You shouldn't need a reason to rock out, but there are plenty of reasons to do so. If you are looking for a unique and exciting way to bring groups of people together then nothing unites people like music and fun.
Music can connect people, inspire them and motivate them. Use our sessions as an icebreaker and really get the room moving.
Bring your teams together as you learn, laugh, sing and smile your way to a more cohesive team. Your team will leave stronger, closer and more connected than ever ultimately resulting in teams that achieve more together.
No matter how big or disparate your company is, our sessions allow for teams to come together and build on old relationships as well as start new ones.
